History, VLCI is a not-for-profit training and business incubation organization, committed to servicing youth and adults. VLCI was incorporated in 1997 as a bridge to help individuals enhance their life circumstances via supplementary educational development, including but not limited to:

• Job Readiness Training
• Computer Literacy Training
• Tutoring & Mentoring
• Summer Job Placement (youth specific)
